MPL Brands has launched two low-calorie extensions of its Rancho La Gloria RTD brand.

Rancho La Gloria Skinny Margarita Classic Lime and Strawberry both have abv’s of 9.9% and are free from high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavours. The extensions are available now from US retailer Target ahead of an early-2022 roll out to additional outlets such as HEB, Kroger, Harris Teeter and Safeway.

The 13.9% abv Rancho La Gloria Margarita range, which is available in bottle, can and popsicle formats, currently comprises Original, Strawberry, Mango, Watermelon and Peach flavours.

Earlier this month, US-based The Wine Group purchased a “minority investment” in MPL, resulting in a new sales and production partnership between the two for Rancho La Gloria.
