National Beverage Corp has topped GlobalData’s hiring leaderboard in the three months to the end of August, advertising an average of 58 new jobs a month over the quarter.
This equates to 37.4 new positions per 1,000 employees at the US-based soft drinks company, the highest rate of the 27 ‘large’ beverage manufacturing and supply companies tracked by GlobalData’s job analytics database. (A ‘large’ company is defined in the database as having more than 1,000 employees.)

National Beverage’s hiring rate in the three-month period has increased compared to the previous quarter, with an average of 53 new jobs posted in the three months to the end of May. Brown-Forman came second, based on the ‘rate per employee’ metric, with 37 new job postings per 1,000 employees, while Coca-Cola Consolidated was in third place.
Overall, PepsiCo posted the most job ads in the quarter, with LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, which operates the Moet Hennessy division, in second and Nestle third.
