The Bulgarian brewer, Ariana Brewery, is to delist from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, according to press reports in Bulgaria.

Ariana’s decision is yet to be approved by Bulgaria’s State Securities and Exchange Commission. Trading in the company’s shares is expected to cease within the next month.

Ariana is 95%-owned by Cyprus Brewmasters Holding, a subsidiary of Brewinvest, the joint venture between Greece’s Hellenic Bottling and Dutch brewer, Heineken.
