The Austrian energy drink producer, Red Bull, reported turnover for 2002 of €1.147 billion (US$1.239 billion), up 10.9% from €1.034 billion (US$1.117 billion) in 2001.
In volume terms, sales rose from 1.16 billion cans in 2001 to 1.28 billion cans in 2002.
