According to press reports, the sparkling wine producer, Sektkellerei Schloss Wachenheim AG, has agreed to buy the 50% share in the joint venture, Compagnie Europeenne des Vins Mousseux SA, owned by its French partner, Bacardi France.
No financial details have been released. Wachenheim made its buyout offer last week according to the report.
