The Australian wine company, McGuigan Simeon Wines Ltd, has announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Australian wine producer, Miranda Wines. McGuigan paid A$8m in cash and issued 3,888,889 ordinary shares to Miranda shareholders.

McGuigan Simeon said it would now begin a review of Miranda’s management, administration, sales, marketing, production and logistics. It expects to complete that review within the next three months.
