PepsiCo has confirmed details of its latest dividend payment.
The company said late last week that it will pay shareholders US$0.48 per common share for its most recent fiscal quarter. Shareholders registered on 4 March will receive the payment on 31 March.
The dividend is a 7% increase on the comparable year-ago period, PepsiCo noted.
Last week, PepsiCo completed the acquisition of a 66% stake in Wimm-Bill-Dann and commenced a tender offer for the outstanding shares of the company.
