The premium vodka brand Grey Goose has selected two advertising agencies to work on its broadcast media initiative, Wolfe/ Doyle of San Francisco and DeVito Verdi of New York. Six agencies were considered during the selection process.

Wolfe/ Doyle will create one commercial for the ultra-premium vodka from France while DeVito Verdi will work on a series of spots.

“This is a very exciting time for Grey Goose Vodka,” says Lee Einsidler, executive vice president of sales & marketing, who, along with chairman Sidney Frank, led the search for a creative partner. “After a tremendously successful print campaign, we’re looking forward to advertising Grey Goose on television. We are very pleased with our selection of agencies and know that both will turn out executions that will work well together in conveying our brand image.”

Imported by Sidney Frank Importing Co., Inc., Grey Goose Vodka is now the best selling ultra-premium vodka in the US. Sales topped 1m cases in 2002, and the current advertising budget for 2003 is US$15-20m.
