Following the Christmas sales period Scotch whisky blend, The Famous Grouse has strengthened its position in the UK blended Scotch whisky market. Figures from AC Nielsen claim that in Scotland, where The Famous Grouse is the number one whisky, its market share reached 22%, over a fifth of all blended whisky sales in the major multiple grocers.
