The Russian brewer, Sun Interbrew, has taken full control of the Perm Brewery, having acquired a 7.89% government-owned stake, according to a report on the Interfax news agency.

Sun Interbrew’s subsidiary, Sun Ventures Limited, already controls 92.11% of Perm Brewery.
