11.15 CET: ProWein 2015 is well under way here in the German city of Düsseldorf. It's grey and chilly outside, but hundreds of trade visitors are flocking in. There are a few changes to the lay out this year, which is keeping everyone on their toes. Organisers are claiming that there are around 5,800 exhibitors from 50 countries, across nine halls.
