By GlobalDataTimberline Vodka, released yesterday, is distilled with grain and 14 varieties of US apples. The vodka will be available in selected retailers across the US Pacific Northwest region, as well as from from the Hood River distillery in Oregon.
Timberline rolls out with three different collectable labels; The Hiker, The Snow Goose and The Skier.
“With 46 levels of purification, we are really using only the most premium, tightly-cut spirit in our production process,” said master distiller Joseph O’Sullivan. “After many rounds of continuous testing, we perfected the balance of grain, apples and finished with the high-quality water we are so fortunate to have in Oregon.”
This is not Hood River’s first apple-based vodka product. In 2019, the craft distiller released another under the Clear Creek brand.
