The third largest brewing group in Germany, Radeberger Gruppe AG, is to acquire the Allgaeuer Sailer Braeu brewery for an undisclosed sum, according to reports.
Allgaeuer Sailer Braeu recorded sales of €18m last year, with total volumes of 150,000 hectolitres. The company’s flagship brand is Altenmuenster Bier.
