The Cypriot beverage maker, KEO, reported an after-tax profit for 2002 of C£987,000 (US$1.8m/€1.7m), against an after-tax loss of C£2.5m (US$4.6m/€4.3m) in 2001.

Pre-tax profits for 2002 stood at C£719,000 (US$1.3m/€1.2m), against a pre-tax loss of C£1.9m (US$3.5m/€3.3m) in 2001.

KEO posted an operating profit of C£2.5m (US$4.6m/€4.3m), up from C£65,000 (US$120,000/€112,000) in 2001. Sales fell slightly from C£42.5m (US$78.5m/€73.1m) to C£41.4m (US$76.5m/€71.2m).
