Bacardi has marked Kerry Carr’s first anniversary as senior VP for global performance management by adding to her existing responsibilities of strategic projects, global reporting and “metrics to drive business performance”.

Carr, who joined the group in 2014 before moving up to her current role last April, will also lead on revenue growth management as well as on Bacardi’s enterprise services. The growth of the role will see Carr, who continues to report in to CFO Tony Latham, join the brand owner’s global leadership team.

“Kerry’s track record for understanding the needs of our company, [and] delivering transformational finance and business performance programmmes … makes her a leadership role model across the business,” said Latham. “Her ingenuity in problem-solving, collaborative approach to managing change, and results-driven leadership make her a valuable addition to our global leadership team at Bacardi.”

Earlier this year, Bacardi followed the likes of Diageo’s Ketel One, launching a range of lower-abv flavoured vodkas from its Grey Goose brand in the US.
