The Austrian fruit juice producer, Pago Group, part of the brewing and drinks group, BBAG, posted turnover of €121.1m ($129.9m) for the 2001/02 fiscal year, down by 3.7% from €125.8m last year.

Total output came in at 85m litres in 2001/2002, below the originally planned 90m litres. The company attributed the drop in volume to poor sales in Italy which is the company’s largest market, accounting for around 40% of turnover.

However, Pago said it had increased volumes in Germany by 35%, in Sweden and the UK by 25% and in France by 20%.
