Audemus Spirits has launched a wine-based ‘table’ spirit.
Fractal 3.0 Blooming is made using a blend of Gewurztraminer wine from France’s Alsace region and Bergamot produced in Calabria, Italy. The company said the “hybrid” spirit is designed to act as a “palate cleanser” and should be served in small cups between meals.
The release, which is initially limited to 220 50cl bottles, is available now for Europe-based consumers to purchase via the company’s website. The bottling features five different label designs, produced by Parisian artist Baykul Baris Yilmaz.
Additionally, Audemus is releasing a collection of porcelain drinking cups created in collaboration with UK-based ceramicist Reiko Kaneko.
Earlier this month, UK-based Sollasa released a spirit designed to be consumed with Indian food.
