Wines and spirits group, Allied Domecq, has named Jim Clerkin as the new president of its North American division.
Clerkin, formerly with the leading global spirits force, Diageo, succeeds Tom Wilen and is Allied’s third North American chief in the space of three years.
Allied announced that Wilen had resigned for personal reasons after just over a year in the post.
