Systembolaget sued Denmark’s Winefinder and its Swedish parent company to try and stop them from selling alcohol to drinkers in Sweden.
The company said the layoffs are expected to be permanent and would apply to all employees at its facility in Florida.
The deal, negotiations for which have ongoing since mid-2018, will see tariffs axed on EU exports including wine.

The range is expected to be launched nationally in the US later this year.
The brewer already has an interim president and CEO. In October last year, chairman Stephen Giblin assumed the two positions, replacing Wayne Arsenault, who had been at the helm since 2017.

The Kentucky Owl brand owner did not acknowledge McKinney's departure in its release.
