 
                                    The Vita Coco Company has raised its forecasts for sales and underlying EBITDA after reporting higher sales and profits in its third quarter.
The US group expects to generate net sales of between $580m and $595m in 2025, up from its previous forecast of $565m to $580m.

Vita Coco said the growth is expected to be “driven by projected Vita Coco Coconut Water growth of high teens” and the roll-out of Vita Coco Treats, a line of coconut-milk based drinks.
The company anticipates it will book adjusted EBITDA of between $90m to $95m, compared with the previous range of $86m to $92m.
In 2024, Vita Coco made net sales of $516m and adjusted EBITDA of $84m.
Michael Kirban, the company’s co-founder and executive chairman, said: “The coconut water category continues to be one of the fastest-growing categories in the beverage aisle, with Vita Coco Coconut Water maintaining strong retail sales growth rates in the United States and our core international markets.

In the third quarter, Vita Coco’s net sales rose 37% to $182m, thanks to higher volumes of its namesake Coconut Water and gains in its “Other” reporting unit, which includes products beyond coconut water such as Vita Coco Treats and Vita Coco coconut oil.
Net sales of the Vita Coco Coconut Water brand alone increased 42% in the quarter.
Net income for the quarter rose 26.3% to $24m, while adjusted EBITDA jumped 39.1% to $32m.
CEO Martin Roper said: “Our exceptionally strong shipment performance in the third quarter benefited from very strong demand for Vita Coco Coconut Water and great execution from our teams. Our increased full-year net sales guidance is based on this momentum and on delivering high-teens Vita Coco Coconut Water full-year growth.
“Even though the applicable tariff rates have increased since we last reported earnings, our strong top-line growth and operational execution supports our raise of our full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance.”
