The Coca-Cola Co has said that it will refile details of its takeover of Coca-Cola Enterprises in North America with the Federal Trade Commission.
 
Coca-Cola said yesterday (24 August) that it would withdraw notification of the deal for a second time. It plans to refile with the Federal Trade Commission on 26 August.
