PepsiCo has declared a US$0.5375 dividend per share for its third quarter.
The dividend, for shares of the company’s common stock, is payable to shareholders on 28 September, the firm’s board said on Friday (20 July). It is a 4% increase versus the comparable year-earlier increase and PepsiCo’s 40th quarterly dividend increase in a row.
In May, the company reported that Q1 net profits fell by 1% to US$1.13bn, despite a 4% rise in sales.
PepsiCo announces its H1 and Q2 results this Wednesday (25 July).
