The Pepsi Bottling Group today announced that it had completed its acquisition of Olean Bottling Works.


Olean Bottling Works, which is based in Olean, New York, serves customers in Allegany and Cattaraugus counties in New York and a portion of McKean County in Pennsylvania.


Olean has been owned and operated by the Dwaileebe family since 1931.


The terms of the transaction, which closed on August 22, were not disclosed.
