The soft drinks bottler, Pepsi Bottling Group, has announced that it will acquire Olean Bottling Works Inc., a small bottler based in Olean, New York. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

PBG said the acquisition would expand its presence in western New York. It expects to close the deal in late-summer. Olean Bottling Works employs 50 people.
