Millennium Prime is to acquire Bong Spirit Imports, the creator of the Super Premium vodka brand from Holland.
As part of the deal, announced today (20 April), Jimi Beach, co-founder and artistic director of Bong Spirit Imports, will join the board of directors of Millennium Prime.
“We are very proud to bring Bong Spirit’s super premium vodka into our portfolio,” said John Marchese, CEO of Millennium Prime. “Bong Spirit has achieved an impressive level of success …and penetrated some of the most premiere on- and off-premise accounts throughout the country.”
Bong Spirit said the merger, financial details of which were not disclosed, will allow it to “broaden the brand’s reach and growth”.
Millennium Prime develops, acquires and markets lifestyle brands in the US marketplace.
