The Constellation Brands-owned wine company Pacific Wine Partners ha gained the exclusive rights to produce sell and market the super=premium bag-in-box wines Black Box Wines.
Launched in February 2003, Black Box Wines potfolio consist of a Napa Valley Chardonnay and a Sonoma Merlot, each with a suggested retail of $24 for a three-liter box, which is the equivalent of four 750ml bottles of wine.
With the addition of Black Box Wines, Pacific Wine Partners will become the leader in the emerging super-premium boxed wine category. The company also markets the Hardys Stamp of Australia and Banrock Station brands, which also include three-liter bag-in-box offerings.
