Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling SA yesterday filed to sell up to US$2 billion in debt. The company filed a shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.
The soft-drink company said it will use the net proceeds from the offering for general purposes including working capital, repayment of debt and acquisitions.
No underwriters were listed in the filing.
