The Bottling Group, a Pepsi Bottling Group subsidiary, said yesterday that it had made a filing with US regulators to sell up to US$1 billion worth of senior notes over time.


Proceeds from the sale, the company said, are planned to be used for general corporate purposes to be detailed in subsequent Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
