Scottish & Newcastle has appointed Bridget Macaskill as a non-executive director.
Macaskill, who is currently a non-executive director of Prudential and of the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), will assume the position on 1 April.
Her previous roles include chairman and chief executive officer of OppenheimerFunds, New York and, until recently, non-executive director of Sainsbury.
