By GlobalDataThree of the news groups at the middle of the Interbrew leak case have said they will defy the court ruling forcing them to hand over leaked documents to Interbrew and the City regulator, the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The three national newspapers, the FT, The Guardian and The Times, said they would not hand over the documents to the brewer's lawyers who were due to arrive at their offices on Friday morning. They also said that they would pursue the case in the European Court of Human Rights.
