The companies concerned – the Financial Times, Reuters, the Times and the Guardian – have so refused to hand over the documents saying it would damage their ability to protect sources and prevent others from coming forward in the future to expose fraudulent activities.
UK: FSA sets deadline for handover of documents
In its continuing investigation of the Interbrew leaked documents case, the UK's City watchdog, the Financial Services Authority (FSA), has set a deadline of August 27 for the four media groups involved to hand over the documents at the centre of the case.
