The Italian wine Canti has launched a half a million pound advertising campaign in the UK, in an attempt to establish its brand as the Italian wine in the UK.
The ads will appear in three national newspapers: the Daily Mail Weekend, The Sun TV magazine and The Mirror Magazine, as well as a number of lifestyle magazines.
The ads will run in two halves. The first run will began in May and will run through to June, with the second beginning in November for two months.
Gianni Martini, president of the owner Fratelli Martini said: “I wanted to create a brand that will place Italian wines in the same position of respect as Italy already holds for design, fashion and food. This advertising campaign has been designed to reflect this and our aim is that it will further establish our excellent position in this very important market.”
