The UK-based drinks group Allied Domecq announced today that it has signed a new £1.1bn 5-year committed banking facility, which has been syndicated among a group of 17 relationship banks.
In a statement the company said that this new facility will replace an existing £1bn facility, which was arranged in 1999 and was due to mature in May 2004.
