The Swiss soft drinks company Capri Sun has handed the production, sales and distribution rights to its brands in Turkey and Northern Cyprus to the Turkish food and beverage processor Tat Konserve.
Financial details of the deal were not available.
Tat Konserve will produce the soft drinks using Capri technology and will sell and distribute them in Turkey and Northern Cyprus for a period of at least five year.
