Faro is a Flemish beer.

Historically, sugar or sugar syrup was sometimes added to young, unblended lambic by a bartender to help balance the lambic’s tart acidity. Belgian brewers subsequently began to add candi sugar to lambic at the brewery to make bottled faro.

Merchant du Vin also imports Samuel Smith from the UK, Ayinger and Pinkus organic beers from Germany and Zatec from Czech.
