Poland’s third-largest non-alcoholic drinks company Hoop SA is attempting to float on the public stock exchange.
The company has filed a prospectus with equity market regulators for a public flotation of between half a million and 5m shares. Hoop hopes to raise close to PLN 100m, which it would use for acquisitions, most likely in the mineral water or juice sectors.
The Polish press believes the issue will be before the end of June.
