It is envisaged that the employees at Konin, located in central Poland, will retain a 15% share in the enterprise, while the government will retain a 5% interest. The deadline for the offer is November 4.
POLAND: Government to sell 51% stake in Konin
The Polish government has invited bids for at least 51% of the spirits producer, Polmos Konin. The negotiations for the sell-off will centre on the share price and the proposed investment plans of the new prospective owners.
