The company said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Onufry. This will be the company’s sixth acquisition since its initial public offering in July 1998. The deal, subject to due diligence and the negotiation of definitive agreements, is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2002 and will make an immediate contribution to CEDC’s earnings, the company said.
