Carlsberg Breweries now owns 75% of Carlsberg Okocim, its Polish subsidiary, the company has confirmed.
Carlsberg Breweries A/S has increased its shareholding in Carlsberg Okocim S.A. in Poland through the acquisition of 3.5% of the share capital from the German brewery Bitburger. The shares are
acquired at a price of DKK 28m.
The acquisition will not influence the financial results for 200, the brewer said.
