The Philippine spirits producer, Tanduay Holdings, posted a second-quarter net profit of PHP72.52m, up from PHP26.72m in the second quarter of 2002.

Revenues for the second quarter of 2003 reached PHP1.26 billion, marginally up on the PHP1.21 billion turnover reported for the second quarter of 2002.

Net profit for the first half totalled PHP167.2m, against PHP109.6m in the first six months of last year, on sales of PHP2.45 billion, up from PHP2.33 billion in 2002.
