Norway’s state-owned liquor retailer, Vinmonopolet, has reported a 5.2% increase in sales of the first half of 2003.
The retailer said sales of low-alcohol wine rose by 3.2%, while sales of higher alcohol wine fell by 5.1%. Beer sales were down 1.5%, while sales of non-alcoholic beverages also fell by 5.5%.
