Kirin Brewery Co. anonunced that six bottles of Chivas Regal Royal Salute 50 Years Old whisky will go on sale in Japan for 1 million yen per bottle to mark the 50th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II to the British throne.

Only 255 bottles of the whisky have been sold worldwide. The whisky, which has been aged for 50 years by the Scottish distillery Chivas Brothers, comes in bottles with gold and silver trimmings.
