According to reports, the Italian mineral water company, Sangemini, has completed its €18m (US$19.9m) acquisition of rival water firm, Tavina.
Sangemini has installed Carlo G. Poli and Armando Fontana as CEOs of Tavina and reportedly aims to list the company on the Italian Stock Exchange in the near future.
Sangemini markets the Sangemini, Fiuggi, Fabia and Fonte Aura brands, while Tavina produces the Fonte Tavina, Linda and Allegra brands.
