The mineral water company, Kekkuti Asvanyviz, will hold an extraordinary general meeting on February 7 when it will vote on taking the company private. Virtually all the shares in the company are now owned by Nestle Waters SA. Kekkuti was delisted from the Budapest Stock Exchange in August 2001.
The EGM agenda includes the adoption of new articles of incorporation as well as the election of new supervisory board members.
