Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling today reported the completion of a share transfer in the company. Kar-Tess Holding SA has transferred a 9.4% stake in CCHBC to a group of investors linked to the shareholder. The transfer totals around 22.3 million shares.

No financial details were given about the transaction, which was announced in August. None of the buyers acquired more than 2.5%, and all have agreed not to sell the shares for 12 months.

“Kar-Tess Holding S.A. transferred the above shares to individuals and entities who are either shareholders of Kar-Tess Holding S.A. or persons or entities nominated by them,” the company said today.

Kar-Tess still holds a 30.4% stake in the Greek bottler.
