The company said that organic sales growth was 6.7% in the second quarter and 4.3% over the six-month period under review. Remy Cointreau said that growth in its wine and Champagne sales had offset a 14% decline in its spirits division.
FRANCE: Remy Cointreau sales show marginal fall
The French wines and spirits group, Remy Cointreau, reported sales of €479.5m for the first half of the current fiscal year, a slight decline from the €480m recorded in the corresponding period last year. However, the figure was broadly in line with analysts' forecasts.
