Champagne producer Vranken-Pommery Monopole has seen its first half earnings leap 42% to €66.6m, compared to €46.9m for the period last year.
The company said that its acquisition of the Pommery brand last year boosted the results. Excluding the acquisition revenues rose 6.8% in the period.
