The Czech Republic’s second largest brewer, Prazske Pivovary, has announced that it is to be de-listed now that the company’s owner, the Belgian-based brewing group, Interbrew, has acquired almost all the shares.

According to Praszke, Interbrew now controls 99.6% of the company.
