According to reports, the Chinese arm of the US soft drinks and food group, PepsiCo Investment (China), is to invest US$30m in the development of a non-carbonated beverage production plant in the Guangzhou region.
The plant will be the company’s first non-carbonated beverage facility in China. With a capacity of 10m cases, it would also be the company’s largest non-carb plant in Asia.
