Bottega has become the latest producer to announce the release of a rosé Prosecco expression. The company said this week that Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco Doc Rosé Brut will be released across Europe in the coming days. The wine is a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir.
